​​Cackalacky® Spiced Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

12ozs white extra sharp cheddar

5-6ozs of orange/yellow sharp cheddar

2-3oz Parmigiano-Reggiano

2 oz Asiago

12 oz pimento with liquid

1/4c sugar

1Tbsp crushed black pep per

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/3 Cup Cackalacky® Spice Sauce

 1 Cup Duke's mayonnaise

Directions

Using an electric mixer, beat ingredients until well blended.  This recipe can be used as a dip, spread, or as a sandwich filling.
